Marion's Inn is a small firm made up of lawyers who strive to be advocates in the finest tradition of the old English Inns of Court. At the Inn, our goal is to make legal advocacy a collegial profession, not a business. For this reason, we deliberately set our fees at rates that allow our clients the option of prosecuting and defending claims on the merits, instead of being forced into a distasteful settlement just to avoid the fees charged by conventional firms with high overhead and marketing expenses.
Although we do not accept family law, criminal, probate, and patent cases, the firm's attorneys have a broad range of experience in civil trial litigation and appellate advocacy. We have successfully litigated a variety of complex class action and business disputes and have often gone to the aid of small businesses and individuals who face injustice at the hands of well-heeled adversaries.
If you become a client of the Inn, you do not receive glossy marketing brochures. What you do get is our dedication to providing the highest quality service in the most cost-efficient manner. We take great pride in our vigorous advocacy and our ability to give our clients -- large and small -- the best chance of achieving a verdict or settlement that reflects the justice of their cause.
This is why we chose to be lawyers in the first place. This is why we are Marion's Inn.
